It’s been a busy summer in GSL’s new facility. We have been making full use of our extra lab space and all of our equipment in numerous experimental projects, including two large kaolin refining projects and a sulphide regrind optimisation study. In addition, we have carried out several SMD signature plot tests and Ball Mill Bond Work Index Tests.
In addition to these studies, we have been increasing our use of quantitative mineralogy and liberation analysis, particularly in establishing the appropriate grind size and separation technique for the wide range of pre-feasibility projects that we encounter.
GSL firmly believe that by making intelligent use of all the available analytical tools, appropriate experimental trials can be designed to maximise useful data.
