Project: Industrial Minerals Processing Plant Design and Rationalisation

Rationalisation of the client’s current processing plant and stabilisation of the process has been carried out by to enable an increase in the kaolin recovery and reduction in the wear rate on the equipment. A new plant design has been agreed and a tender document drawn up for quotations. The basis of the new plant design was developed in our laboratory where it was shown that increased mineral recoveries were possible under certain process conditions.
