It was good to welcome Cedric Gerard, Magotteaux’s Product Manager for Ceramic Media, to GSL to discuss the joint paper to be presented at MEI’s Comminution ’16 in Cape Town in April. 
Over the last year GSL has been working with Magotteaux to understand and define the best operating conditions for Metso SMD mills by controlling the vortex within certain limits. This work will help to reduce media wear and increase overall grinding efficiency.
