On the 22nd June 2023, King Edward Mine Museum hosted the 4th Cornwall School Mining Games for Year 8 students from schools across Cornwall. This is a unique competition that aims to inspire and encourage students to engage with engineering, especially mining engineering.
Events like the Cornwall Schools Mining Games offer a great opportunity to show the career possibilities which are available. It’s great to see such a positive turnout and so much enthusiasm from the participants!
