Alongside the global push for electrification, which is likely to remain for decades to come, there is a constantly growing demand for metals and minerals. It is therefore vitally important that the next generation of mineral processors and metallurgists are found and developed.
GSL are delighted to be taking part at the Truro School Careers fair on 15th March 2023. Jim Gaydon, GSL’s Chief Metallurgist, will be speaking to students about the opportunities in the mining industry and how rewarding careers as metallurgists and process engineers can help find pragmatic, sustainable solutions to provide resources that the world desperately needs.
